These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WhelpTracker application ("the App") provided by rPG Lover Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
WhelpTracker is a breeding and whelping management tool. You may use the App for personal, lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining the security of your device and Google Play account.
The App provides general information and record-keeping tools. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding the health of your dogs and puppies.
2. Local Data
WhelpTracker does not require an account. Litter, dam, and whelp records are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes those records, so keep your own copies if needed.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
WhelpTracker Pro is available as an optional subscription. The following terms apply to subscriptions:
- Billing: All purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Price: The price displayed on the paywall is the Google Play price for your region and is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or through the "Manage in Google Play" option in the App. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly.
- Free trials and promotions: Any trial or promotional offer is subject to its stated duration and eligibility terms. Unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Rewarded advertisements may temporarily unlock Pro features. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on your region, device, and network.
4. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Where required by law, we request your consent for personalized advertising and provide privacy options in Settings. Pro subscribers do not see banner advertisements.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the litter, dam, and whelp records you create. We do not receive or store this content on our servers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass purchase or entitlement controls, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or breeding outcomes arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the App. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play if you no longer wish to be billed.
